Research Study:

A research
case study introducing mental
techniques to enter "the zone" on demand. This not a bowling skills
class but practical approach to using the mind to access inner
resources.

Presented in a 5-6 hour workshop

Practical Skills will be taken home, not theory.
In fact if you can't put it to use immediately I will refund your class
fee

Participation fee. For less
than the cost of a performance bowling
ball you can take home skills that will be with you for a lifetime

Participation is
currently limited
to sanctioned bowlers with an established bowling average. Participants also
agree to have information about their progress published in a follow-up
paper documenting the effectiveness of the mind training techniques.
