The introductory price of the
workshop is $149. This price is offered only for a limited time and
is expected to increase to $250 after the first few
introductory workshops. To take advantage of this introductory price
SIGN UP TODAY. Do not wait! The price increase is guaranteed and you
will lose out on this incredibly low investment.
A cost
comparison: My normal fee is $250 an hour
for one one one coaching. A new performance bowling bowl will
cost you from $100 to $350 and a quality pair of shoes $50-$120.
Comparably, the investment is quite small when you consider these
skills will last you a lifetime, increasing in value the more
you put them into use. That's if you only used these concepts when
bowling, as you take the next step and consider that these skills
will transfer to other areas of your life, investing in training
your brain is a sound investment.
The classroom setting is a more effective delivery system. It is
easier on me so I pass along the savings. The $149 is an introductory price and
will only be offered for a limited time. This is the first time these skills are being offered to the
public as applied to bowling. Since this is a brand new workshop,
and I am looking for a core group of participants to document the
improvement over time. This material is high quality, and I guarantee a performance
increase using these methods or your money back.
Participants will be expected to give:
-
Testimonials:
I want an email, a note, a phone call, or a letter telling about
the improvement in your game
-
Feedback: I expect feedback about
the presentation and how I can polish it for future workshops
Have you ever noticed how
one day you'll be on top of your game, on top of the world. A mental
state of mind where you can do no wrong and everything happens
easily and without apparent effort? You are playing in the
Zone.
Then the next day, or maybe
even the next game you can do nothing right, every little victory is
a major effort, you're game is just off.
This training is about
accessing your best game state of mind on purpose
instead of by happenstance and making the process a valuable part of
your performance tool chest. Utilizing your own sense memory and
scientific principals you learned in the 8th grade we can create a
"trigger" that you can access at will. If you have ever
bowled a strike, if only once, you have the sense memory to repeat
the performance over and over again. When I first, applied the
mental techniques I teach, I actually used a visual memory of
watching a guy bowl a perfect 300 game on Saturday afternoon
television and "installed" the experience in my biocomputer. I can
teach you to do the same.
Approximately 4-5 hours. Why do
you say it only took you 15 minutes to change your game? Well, I
did have the benefit of knowing the mental techniques necessary
and had used them for years. I just had never applied it to bowling,
that application took my about 15 minutes.
Actually you'll be surprised
how simple the entire process is. We take skills you already possess
on some level and enhance them. I offer a way to access your own
internal suxsess system consciously on demand.
The conscious effort is only
apparent in the beginning . Just like learning to tie your shoes. In
the beginning it felt a little awkward, but now you can do it
without a second thought. If you can learn to tie you shoes, you can
learn these techniques.
This program is not designed
for beginner bowlers. I expect the participants to have some history
bowling. I do not teach bowling technique. I teach powerful mental
skills and show you how to apply them to bowling. While the
mental game always plays a factor, the stronger your game already is
technically, the bigger role mental skills play in your
performance.
All your life and only
appreciate with use. A side benefit is that the peak performance
skills will find their way into other parts of your life.
Virtually none. I am over 40
years old and have bowled less than 40 times in my life. Not
even once a year and
have sometimes gone years in between bowling outings. The important
point is not my bowling skill, but my ability to create a quantum
leap in performance though a shift of attention and mind. There are
aspects of my game that are inconsistent because frankly I don't
bowl enough. Practice does make perfect and if my game is to
improve I would still have to practice more.
Before applying these
techniques, my scores had been all over the map and I would
typically average between 80 and 124. 20 years ago, I
bowled an all-time high of 176 which stood as the pinnacle of my
achievement. It was a fluke because the other games I bowled
that night were right around 100. Once I applied these techniques to
my game my
score has consistently been over 200. I expect your results to be more
profound than mine.
While I do not have much
bowling background, I do have background in performance
research and mental technique. This is what I teach. If you have a
brain, you can improve your game.

No. While The principals of
hypnosis and the use of your personal trance talked about it is a
small part of the overall workshop. It is not just sports
psychology. Sports psychology utilizes cognitive behavior
techniques.
This program is a blend of
hypnosis, martial arts, Neurolinguistic Programming, Zen,
accelerated learning principals, biochemistry research and Soviet
Sports Training techniques. This program is totally unique.
Bowling appealed to me for a
couple of different reasons which allow it to be the ideal test
environment:
- The sport is
individualistic. Meaning that you only really compete against
yourself and don't have to factor in the performance of
teammates.
- The outside influences
that effect performance are limited. There's not an
extraordinary number of variables to consider, aside from oil
conditions the only real unknowns are the bowler. This allows us
to deal with the performance of the athlete
- You have immediate
feedback as to how you are doing. Change a little aspect of your
performance and you know immediately that your either doing
better or worse.
Another sport of similar
qualities is dart throwing. I applied these techniques the first
time I ever played. I was invited to a house party when the only
real activity was a dart game. Not wanting to sit out, I asked the
best player there how to hold the dart, along with the little
nuances and beliefs I needed to do well. Modeling my performance
after this tournament dart player I was able to play right along
with him all night. There was constant chatter about my "beginner's
luck" and that I was playing unconscious. Well, the second part was
true.
Since I really didn't know how to score at first, or what points I
needed to strategically aim for, I asked. It got a little annoying
to the others when I asked every time what did I need to aim for,
the went ahead and hit it.
The Zone is a term common in
the sports world to describe a state of mind and body that
transcends normal everyday consciousness. Performance is
unconscious, time slows down and the athlete feels as it they can do
no wrong. Most athletes compete only for the opportunity to
experience this state of mind as a reward unto itself.
Traditionally, after it's
experienced you'll find athletes attempting to recreate it by
developing superstitious rituals such as always eating the same
meal, wearing the same lucky socks or clothes, or some other thing
outside them selves.
